بإسم الإدارة الذاتية الديمقراطية نبارك لشعبنا العظيم في جميع أنحاء كردستان والمهجر ولجميع شعوب العالم بحلول عيد الحرية والسلام عيد النوروز المبارك وبهذه المناسبة العظيمة نستذكر شهدائنا الأبطال شهداء الحرية  وننحني إجلالاً واكباراً لقاماتهم ونعزي أنفسنا وعموم شعبنا الكردي الذي أثبت منذ فجر التاريخ من خلال هذا العيد محبتهم للديمقراطية والسلام ودفاعهم عن الحرية

حيث تمثلت بمقاومة كاوا الحداد للطاغية الضحاك وتستمر حتى يومنا هذا بمقاومة شعبنا الكردي  للإرهاب العالمي في العصر الحديث المتمثلة بداعش .

إن روج آفاتمر بمرحلة انتصارات ومكتسبات تاريخية وبنفس الوقت تعاني وتشاطر اشقائها الكردستانيين الآلام والمحن جراء هذا الإرهاب البربري والهجمات الظلامية علىباشوروروج أفاي كردستان لذلك فإننا نناشد شعبنا البطل أن يُحيّي هذا العيد بشكل خاص وأن تقتصرالاحتفالات في ظل أجواء عائلية بعيدة عن التجمعات الكبيرة حرصاً على السلامة والأمان واحتراماً لدماء شهدائنا ودعماً لنضال ومقاومة وحدات حماية الشعب والأسايش والكريلا والبيشمركة بدءاً من   كركوك وشنكال والموصل وتل حميس وتل براك وتل تمر وسري كانيه وعفرين وصولاً إلى كوباني البطلة وعموم أجزاء  كردستان.

ليكن نوروز عيداً وطنياً وعنواناً للحل السلمي والديمقراطي لسورية. 

معا نحو سورية ديموقراطية تعددية وروج آفا حرة.

For presidency of executive councils in the three counties (Kobani-Jazeera- Afrin)Rojava-Syria 

By name democratic self- administration we congratulations to our people in all over Kurdistan and all world people by festival peace and freedom that called Nowruz festival and on the great  occasion we remember heroes of our martyrs are the martyrs of freedom and we bow homage and reverence to them and offer our condolences to their family and to the whole Kurdish people that Which proved since the dawn of history through their love feast of democracy, peace and defense of liberty was where resistance Kawa mourning for the tyrant Dahhaak and continue to this day, and to resist the Kurdish people against global terrorism in the modern that called (ISIS).

Rojava  transition by  historic stage wins and gains and at the same time and participate brothers the Kurdistan pain and distress as a result of the terror attacks obscurantism on Bashor and Rojava Kurdistan, so we appeal to our heroic people that this festival salutes in particular, and celebrations are under the family atmosphere away from large gatherings sake of safety, security and respect for the blood of the martyrs and the support of struggle and resistance units protect the people and the brave and Alkrla and Peshmerga starting from Kirkuk and Mosul and ChenkalHamees Tel and Tel Brak and Tel Tamer SerCanet and Afrin and Kobani heroine and generally parts of Kurdistan.
