Please, read carefully and then answer my question when you are finished:
An hour with my professor
:
Our professor has lived in USA for almost 15 years to get his “PhD” and then to teach there. Currently, he is a dean at one of the known colleges. Honestly speaking, his accent doesn’t click to me, I mean he could have improved his American Accent more, since he has lived there for plenty of years as well as he is a professor and a person in charge for students and they will absolutely take him as a model.
Well, Master’s students tell me that I am the only one among MA group who precisely sticks to the American Accent.
A couple of days ago I gave an one hour presentation (a sort of lecture) in my MA Program. Definitely, the same professor with 19 students were all available in the hall listening and taking notes regarding what I was talking about. Actually, dozens of things in this context are considered as important that one must be careful enough while giving the talk such as: minor mistakes, slips of tongue, pronunciation errors, and disorganization of concepts & ideas .etc .Anyways, the professor kept interrupting me and asking me “stupid questions” which made me and students feel that there is something wrong is going on. (((( ….. Why didn’t he ask the others before in the same way?.. ..Why didn’t he even smile all that time?...What is the point of contradicting me for many cases?.....But my other instructors and professors were/ are so impressed with me !!!!!!!! …..))))
Later on, many questions came to my mind like the drops of rain in
the sun’s light.
Personally, I was too polite and kept patient with a smile on my face for 55 minutes.
Why do you think (he was not good enough with me)??????????????????r

I think what Belesan sorry Bailasan :) said is correct
.
You remind him that he should have better accent, you made him ask himself how such a student get in a few years what I could not in many years, you made him sad and angry, so he started his silent war on you proving to himself and you that he is the best not you...

.I also expect that you made him jealousy of Your accent .
But why? What I know, that all teachers and doctors be happy when their students be better than them , but it seems that your professor becomes opposite :roll:

Well, I see what you refer to, guys
Last yesr, I had the same problem with him, when I gave a presentation
I think this mentality should be changed right away, because it affects wrongly on the coming generations
We need to be better if we become teachers (at any institution) in terms of taking the students' psychology into our accounts

In fact, I will have more presentations in his class in the next semester, so you can anticipate the same embarrassment on his FACE.
Accordingly, I invite you and anybody else you like to come with you to our MA classes as guests. Every now and then we have guests, so it is ok, I will get permission for you to attend; even the doctor will be deadly delighted for you as guests because this will motivate him to be a real MONESTER this time

Taha: MA Program will get restarted two weeks later. In addition, I will give my talks throughout March, April and May.
For that doctor's presentation, things will be scheduled later on

that's enough to be sure the matter is with your professor
there is always some one who feels worry if there is another one may will be like or better than them
